What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is deliberately being still and paying attention to the present moment, without judgment.
Watercolour painting is one of the most effective ways to practise mindfulness. The benefits are a calmer mind and more resilient, happier self which can lead to a healthier body.

We offer 90 minute Wellness Workshops for organisations and groups. We bring everything to you and provide your members/employees with an opportunity to carve out much needed time for mindfulness. They also surprise themselves and leave away with a beautiful painting. We even provide frames!
